Refund policy

Authenticity Guarantee and Returns All products sold by MAK GROUP are guaranteed to be genuine and original. If you believe that a product is not genuine or original, contact MAK GROUP within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, clear product and packaging photos, and any available batch or serial details. Retain the product and original packaging while the claim is reviewed. If MAK GROUP, the authorized supplier, or the manufacturer confirms that the product is not genuine or original, you may choose a full refund or replacement. MAK GROUP will cover the return-delivery cost for a confirmed claim. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
